I mean, seriously, who's going to enforce this?
πππ ππΏπΆππ²πΏ: "Oi mate, can I have your name and address for playing that boom box? Ooh! I appear to be leaking from a 12" inch blade in my side"
πππ ππΏπΆππ²πΏ: "Hello, PC Plod? Can you send some coppers to meet me on Jamaica Road? There's a hoodie on my bus with a boom box."
π₯πΌπππ²πΏ: "All our officers are busy watching blokes dressed in black and wearing ski masks."
@dick_turpin Once there's a rule, I assume it will be enforced by mature ladies at the end of their tether :-). I'm not sure where the lack of consideration for others came from though. The roads are more like race tracks too. It's just not British.
@woo Nobody listens to me. If I've said it once, I've said it a hundred times. This is all because nobody says "NO" anymore.
People try to negotiate with 2- and 3-year-old children.
I've had this discussion with my wife numerous times after confronting someone: "But Bubb, how are they going to know that behaviour is unacceptable if nobody tells them?"
Bring back the Birch, I say.
@dick_turpin I like some of the 'kind parenting' ideas but I think many people have taken it to irresponsible extremes. I agree that you can't negotiate with a tired 4-year-old. They aren't reasonable beings.
